We can’t imagine the traditional Tyrolean cuisine without roast pork, cheese spaetzle or a hearty beef goulash and those Tyrolean delicacies are served daily here at Stiftskeller. Indispensable are also the ribs right from the oven or the beer sticks, prepared every Thursday and Friday evening for our guests by chef Raimund Kellner. A must-have for all lovers of traditional cooking.

For special celebrations, a special menu

We do of course prepare special full course dinners upon request for your graduation, wedding of business dinner. The according wine for your menu that may be composed of finest beef steak or local fish dishes is chosen by head server and wine connoisseur Stefan Sprenger.
